    Meh kinda, /pcmd add worked global so long as they were online, so i feel these were overdue, and i think anything offline is just not possible at all.

    Kind of odd, isn't it just altering a database at the end of the day, can't see why you would need people online to do that, unless its some flaw in the way its syncs the player to the database.
