Totally agree, but honestly, it feels like that would take a lot more effort and an actual commitment to improving the game.
I mean, take the two mobile games I play, for example – they send out surveys every few weeks to gather feedback and figure out what's working and what needs tweaking. It's crazy to me that free-to-play/freemium developers are putting in more effort to keep their players happy than CBU3, which is part of a huge, multi-billion dollar company. It’s like they don’t see the value in getting that direct input, and it shows.
