What's Your Dream Version of Player Housing?

I would like them to add a few instanced plots for personal housing. I'm not saying they should take away the wards. But I want my cabin in the woods.

Maybe one plot somewhere in the world for each major region (that is, one each in La Noscea/Shroud/Thanalan and one in a HW area, the Far East, Tural, etc). Should function like apartments where it's a one time gil-sink purchase that you can't lose due to inactivity, and people can visit it like the island. So, basically, like the island except with an actual house plot.

For players who do want a house in the housing wards, this would relieve some of the competition over those spots.
