Luminary tools should add to your forbidden materia percentage

Having a Luminary tool should increase all percentages by 10% when using that tool

I've been thinking about this for a while. I agree.

I'm hoping at some point the luminary tools will be upgrade-able too, so that we can continue to use them forever. (like legendary tools that you can upgrade through merit-based quests and tasks.)

I do wonder about this...
Because as much effort as it takes to get a luminary... I would hate to have someone get one and the very next day a better crafted tool comes out

ya, you really should be back to using crafted tools only until you upgrade your luminary to the next stage.

The L48 tools with double melded stat materia are already better than Luminary so they never really were anything but a status symbol to start with.

I disagree... stat for stat I'd take Luminary....

You don't put Crafting Stat materia on them, you affix DEX on Weaver needle for example which makes the L48 weaver needle with ~35 DEX > Luminary for HQing

Overall I'd still take Luminary... its high in all 3 categories + the 10 in the stat
