Even if the voice actor was good Wuk Lamat would still be a terrible character. I hope he realizes this.

I think he admitted that the writing team kind of did it to themselves. They "did the character a disservice" by writing her the way she is written. They tried to convey a strong spirited but sheltered princess that just needs to gather the self confidence to understand her real inner strength, and instead presented us with Great Value Monkey D Luffy minus the Gum Gum Pistol.

The new writers were so in love with the character they forgot to make us have a reason to love her too.

I knew something was up when they randomly told us during a live letter than Beast Tribes will be called Tribes and later Allied Tribes for no reason, Like oh no, are we being racist by calling the literal Bird people, Fish people, Lizard people, Mole people, Elephant people, Bug people, etc "Beasts" You cant make this shit up, its eerily similar logic as the people who say "Orcs are black people so them being a savage race is racist" because that's a thing for some reason (in fantasy worlds that also already have actual Black people too btw)

I didn't have a problem with them changing the terminology to allied society because dwarves aren't beasts. They're lalafells. It's been inaccurate since Shadowbringers. And it opens the future to have more associations with societies that aren't beast people.

The problem with that is if they speak out against Sena, then it'll cause a big media uproar. Twitter, Reddit, and all the gaming "journalism" sites will go wild calling SE transphobic for daring to dish out consequences for someone's actions.

It doesn't really help that some of the people criticizing Sena for her attitude (and rightly so) *also* feel the need to misgender her or start harping on about trans people in general, which then undermines those criticisms because they can then be accused of transphobia (and rightly so).

They don't seem to realize that stooping to her level (or going even lower) is only helping to push the idea that there's "only one reason" she's in the hot seat, doubly so when a lot of players don't follow social media and are oblivious to her comments, so they *only* see the attacks on her identity and it paints a completely different picture to the point that even Yoshi-P chimed in.

I really like how this post has had a perfect example of the person it's describing right above it, actually pretty hilarious
