How can we greenlight cross-region travel when we've gone completely backwards in accommodating people visiting other servers and data centers in their own regions?

The first thing that needs to be taken care of before we even entertain the thought of cramming more people into other spaces is making Duty and Party Finders functional across Regional Data Centers, meaning that for NA: Aether, Primal, Crystal, and Dynamis share one PF and DF. This removes the primary concern for most people piling onto certain data centers, which would help balance the populations and free up the space to allow for Regional travel to be entertained.

I doubt something like this can be a great cause for congestion, cause honestly things like these are not in the majority; majority of NA and EU players aren't suddenly gonna go to different regions to play.

We can greenlight this because they said the technology is ready, everything is in place and it just needs to be turned on. So there isn't anything extra to do aside from turning it on tbh. Again, I really don't think traveling within same region and cross region travel are the same problem, because the latter accommodates for players non-Americans who play in NA because of their friends, which makes it harder for them to sometimes pf peak NA because it'll be really late for them. People aren't flooding Oceania right now because there's no reason to unless you're playing with Oceania players.

I agree that issues within DC travel itself should be fixed. However, the tech is already finished for cross-region travel, and all they need to do is get our approval to do so.
