I've been mostly staying away from this drama, but I'm genuinely surprised she's been able to run around posting these things without any discernible repercussions to her career.
The Legends of the Titanmen lives on, a shining example of the power of compassion and the ability of people to make a difference in the world. A reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope, as long as there are heroes like the Titanmen who dare to do good deeds in Eorzea.
That's how most of the western VAs are. Especially the super mediocre ones. They spend more time on Twitter posting vile shit than they do honing their craft or actually getting any work done. Then they whine that they don't earn enough and that some people want to replace them with AI. Which, hey, I'm 100% against AI taking creative's jobs away, but boy... When I check these VA twitter accounts I really kind of sympathize with their bosses. I'd want to replace them as well, with anything really. Frankly sometimes it's genuinely better to just NOT voice a character at all, than let one of those Twitter warriors do it. They tank the entire overall quality of your product.
But I guess because this is normal now, that also means no repercussions for anyone.
You can if you want, but why copy a bad example and drag yourself down to their level.
Better to not engage at all. If you feel you have to engage, engage where they're making their statements and not in a game forum.
Professional repercussions usually take a while to appear in public for an actor considering the delay between doing the work and the work's release.
Has she manage to land new roles in the last couple of months?

The repercussions are usually caused by the mob that attacks companies and products over a perceived lack of diversity (which Sena Bryer also does). Of course they aren't going to attack one of their own. Regular consumers need to start employing the same tactics if they want this hateful mob gone from the industry.
I guess since "she" cried hard enough expect Wuk to be the face of 8.0 and onwards....if this game even lasts that long.
And yet its not the "uwu trans" voice actress people have issues with its the fact that Wuk is a Blackhole Mary Sue and DT is boring no matter what the language is.
before even knowing the Eng va was trans the voice acting made what little voice actors are left for Yandere Simulator seem professional, Sena's voice sounded like it was recorded in their "streaming room" but nothing was done to remove the slight echo.
I don’t think it is a tinfoil hat theory at this point. I am a firm believer that producer of the game did not in fact play the game this time around.
I'm unaware of any new roles for her, but she's set to play Wuk in future FFXIV patches, which is probably a bigger deal than anything else she could be working on right now. As long as a large part of the FFXIV community supports her for being a voice actor in the game, repercussions are unlikely—unless she stirs up drama on the level of Susan Calloway or worse. But with Sena receiving awards and guest of honor invitations at conventions, it's unlikely the general public will care at this point in time.
99.99% chance probably a Titanman alt
Seriously, the Wuk La-Brainrot is so wearyingly rampant. The amount of rats asses I give about PR grandstanding in response to continued, constant criticism on the state of the game is so small you'd need an electron microscope to see them.
Talk more about class design, tell me when the next live letter will be, etc. If I have to hear or read 'MSQ', 'Sena', or 'Lamat' again I'm going to rip the M.2 drive containing FFXIV out of my PC and eat it like a tortilla chip.
Anytime I see a new thread about the state of the game, I'm tricked into reading about Wuk Lamat again. "Oh are people gonna talk about the stale job design and have interesting input?", "Ah my mistake, it's a Wuk Lamat thread again"
Even if the voice actor was good Wuk Lamat would still be a terrible character. I hope he realizes this.
I understand how attacking Sena could reflect badly on the community and Bmbut Sena's social media post can be just as bad. The community was critizing wuk lamat and Sena va performance. Her response was to come out of the barn swining, I dont blame the community for not wanting to take a verbal assault. SE is going to need face the piper on this one and pull the trigger on Sena.
