Sweeping everything under the transphobia rug is very disingenuous and disappointing. I'm gay too and I hate the fact that we must always be over-protected by some people. That inevitably just agitates other people towards us.
Can't we just be treated like we are normal, everyday people too?
I get it, he's asking for his employees not to be personally attacked, of course. But why does Yoshi have to bring up "a certain movement" (also, wtf, "movement"?????)? Why does the article focus on her gender identity and not the horrible things she openly says? Sigh.
The more I've been following the recent interview, the more disappointed I get..
