More races allow the players to express themselves more in the game. If SE doesn't give CBU 3 enough funds or they are mismanaged, it's on them. I'll bet you 1 Gil that if the devs pushed out a race each expansion, you would celebrate it.

What backwards logic is that lol? Who said they NEED a new race to attract people? This current expansion pretty much noone is even hyped for the new race, yet clearly the expansion is incredibly successful and people greatly enjoy it.

No need to get so envious of another vidya game, it's a waste of your efforts. Instead maybe appeal to your godly overlord SE to stop pissing ffxiv funds away on flop NFT projects and to finally give your Viera some hats. Because if CBU3 can't manage to create a single finished race for 5 years now... "They are so screw up for a reason." A million reasons, among them fanboys who praise mediocrity.

I'd absolutely play a dog girl/boy race, but right now they're lacking on the races we already have in game. I hate to beat a dead horse, but the hats issue for viera and hrothgar (plus being made one-size-fits-all so miqo'te players just lose their ears on most hats post-hw) and hair being tied to face for hrothgar are serious issues they refuse to do anything about. They need to solve the issues for the races we already have before they consider adding in more races.
