For me, DT is the first expansion where I don't care what comes next. Truly, I am not excited and have really no expectations. My hope is Wuk Lamat is eventually left in her realm and we leave her in the dust. Please god don't have her join the Scions or I legit will quit.

I don't believe Yoshi-P and the writing directors have missed the complaints about Wuk Lamat. They are likely struck with her, if we're going to be honest.

The Voice Actor is a DEI hire, and the character is likely tied to that. Trying to give Lamat less of a spotlight or change out the Voice Actor that many people dislike is undoubtedly gonna put Square under heavy fire.

Actually, the english voice actor was only brought on by contract and is out of work atm. We may be fortunate.

Sena, the VA, is actually becoming a real problem and a total Public Relations nightmare with her tweets and attacks on other VAs. The always a victim mentally she continues to throw out isn't doing her any favors. They could easily recast her since she's on contract.

It will probably take us a few expansions to have one anywhere remotely close to shadowbringers in quality. More likely we will have stormblood or heavensward quality.

Heavensward was peak and Stormblood was pretty good even with just the base MSQ, so I'd be fine with the quality of those two expansions. However if the post patch content doesn't turn the ship around I don't have high hopes for the foreseeable future. DT set a low bar (in terms of MSQ) so hopefully whatever expac we get next will clear it.
