I have a Feeling, the the Eve of the Final Patch ( aka 1.22) Will Shows "Signs" like Red skies (Partial) Red Moon gets bigger obviously, Signs of Natural Disasters (Rumbling= Tremors, in 1.23 actual Earthquakes) Wind speeds picks up a little, Small Crimson Flames Fall From Dalamud, not causing much damage, but still show signs the end is near..
Things like that I believe will happen in 1.22 ( at least most of it I hope...lol)
It was just lazy photoshop
i take this pic and make it bigger plus added second layer from Legacy art

That would be awesome, right now its just looked like a comet is falling, no biggie it will probably destroy Gridania, this would look like the world is ending rather than, "oh look a comet heading towards Gridania" get the popcorn and look on from the airship near by, whilest cheering Dalamud on.I have a Feeling, the the Eve of the Final Patch ( aka 1.22) Will Shows "Signs" like Red skies (Partial) Red Moon gets bigger obviously, Signs of Natural Disasters (Rumbling= Tremors, in 1.23 actual Earthquakes) Wind speeds picks up a little, Small Crimson Flames Fall From Dalamud, not causing much damage, but still show signs the end is near..

Well, all the maps are Changing.. So yes it is going to be a World Ending event =). Though it would be cool to see the Comet just Strike Gridania as we watch it explode all the trees.. I love Nature though.. but I hate the maze like areaThat would be awesome, right now its just looked like a comet is falling, no biggie it will probably destroy Gridania, this would look like the world is ending rather than, "oh look a comet heading towards Gridania" get the popcorn and look on from the airship near by, whilest cheering Dalamud on..
As good as this engine looks... lighting is NOT its Forté
Night time is still super bright... caves with zero light are as bright as day....
The Black shroud is completely lit by ground candles and it's light is even and bright
Based on this...
The sky wont change color... EVER (Or at least until there is a new graphic engine)
Things wont be any darker, no matter how big Dalamud gets or how much sun you block out...
For some reason, someone at SE decided to put invisible light sources EVERYWHERE
Most we can hope for is some type of red weather effect (Like Mor Dhon'as purple Miasma) but even that is not done very well.... its flat purple sheets of texture as opposed to purple "particles" dispersed throughout the air
And to be honest... I doubt the weather thing will happen
