I actually travelled to primal in the afternoon today, around 2:30 est. I was amazed to have a normal travel time to get there, all servers were open. I was actually excited, looking forward to having normal queue times and probably faster runs on average too. Boy, was I wrong. The queues for every roulette on primal were 2-3x longer than queues on Dynamis. This tells me that the most likely reason is that everybody has been sneaking over to Aether in the wee hours of the night, and parking their character there indefinitely as they circumvent the idle kicker with their 3rd party software. My alts on Aether were able to get into every roulette in less than 5 minutes each as a solo dps. My time on primal was only for one roulette, since trials was the only one that would pop in a reasonable amount of time. Prior to the false congestion implementation the queues on Dynamis we actually decent, for a time. At the end of the day, none of that matters though. I'm still here unable to play with my friends, on our server in Aether 4 months later (and counting). Sure, I could get 1-3 ppl to come visit from time to time, on some random dead ass server , and do a couple roulettes before they go back home to tend to whatever needs tending to... but that doesn't help or fix the fact that what squenix has done has just put me out of raiding for the whole tier, screwed up major fc plans, etc. I'm not the only person who went through this kind of crap but I'm one of the few remaining. DT has been the biggest flop of life in a lot of ways we couldn't even predict, despite having successfully predicted that DT was going to be filled with blunders. I can't wrap my head around why they wouldn't allow people the chance to transfer where they actually want to play, but rather they elect to toss active subscriptions into the trash can and set it on fire. Surely there's sound logic in there somewhere, but I'm clearly oblivious to it.
