Unless it is minor, inexpensive and easy to keep up, any form of refresh is going to overshadow the other things your class/job brings. I like the focus on enfeebling, though. Takes me back to how Necromancers in Lineage II played.

Now Necromancer can go 2 ways. If Necromancer starts as a Class it be its own thing that it Job can be Lich! But i won't delve into that. Now IF Necromancer was a Job it can branch literally off of either Cnj or Thm. Seeing as Necromancer can be the polar opposite of Cnj or just a deeper darker teaching of Thm. (psst another quick note that Necromancer is actually a branch off of Thm which is blood magic based!)
This would be very possible...had the devs not abandoned THM's roots and given it elemental magic and toned back on the light and dark thing. THM in storyline are one thing, but gameplay-wise they are another. It sucks because I think the idea is great and would fit the darker tone of XIV's world.
