New things are always good but before we get new races I would like an upgrade to the character editor first.

I think Genshin is adding shark girl in 5.0, go ahead and pull for her.

You know i wish they were plenty of different and playable races in this game, but when i see how they handle the last 2, I'm convinced that they will be released unfinished and that it will take them many years to even implement the most basic missing feature like being able to wear a hat.

Au'ra release was great, little to no bugs, a decent amount of customization, basically nothing to complain about aside from the horns being tied to the head model.

Then came the vieras/hrotgar, unfinished races without their male or female counterpart depending on the race, very few customization options for the hair, enable to wear helmet for some obscure reasons, let's say that the quality standard for the finished product went downhill since the Au'ra.

I'm not talking about how they look, as far as I'm concerned I find both race pretty good looking, what I'm talking is the state in which they got delivered and remained in years after release, this is absolutely pathetic.

Anyway +1 Shark girl and maybe we'll be able to wear pants 3 years after release because the tail was too big and it was different from the miqo'te/Au'ra for some reasons !

I'm only upvoting this if it comes with individual extra voice lines of, uh, negative reactions from Hythlodaeus. Or any special lines really. (Even though he absolutely brought this on himself for accepting a ton of shark concepts because "Creature Design Was Their Passion".)

Marine like races could be interesting, but I still think we should get rats (burmecians) next, maybe another short race (unlikely though since burmecians are skinny and tall) but one can dream. still they should fix viera and hrothgar first before doing anything new.
