can not glamour Riversbreath Chestpiece of Aiming

Both ilvl and level to equip on the target piece must be equal or higher.

It's not going to work if you're trying to apply it to Augmented Credendum. Even though the latter has a higher ilvl, it can be equipped at level 90. Riversbreath can only be applied to gear that requires level 91 or higher.

I think I had that before, where the ilvl was higher than the higher level one, and I was so confused why I couldn't use it.

Unless it got changed at some point, I've definitely been able to do it before. When the Cryptlurker sets first came out, the WHM cane perfectly matched my glamour but the previous cane I was using had nearly finished spiritbonding, so I tried glamouring the new cane onto the older same-level-lower-ilevel one and it worked.
