I would not cast Scarlett Johansen to play Tony Stark nor would I cast Samuel L Jackson to play Ms. Marvel. Just like actors do not fit for characters, same thing applies for voice acting.
For someone who has "closeness to the acting industry" you sure were obviously and objectively wrong about men not having a falsetto.

Perhaps before you call someone else "young and idealistic" you should make sure you're not miserably inept at lying convincingly.
