If I wanted to be generous I'd say her all encompassing obsession with peace and mortal craving of attention are her primary flaws, like really, would it actually kill her to not have someone or everyone's attention for five minutes? Then there's the whole "I must fight alone!" at points where it's obviously stupid for her to because the other guy is way over her power level except wait - plot power! Uhhh... Right. Yeah, basically.I think the reason people call Wuk ''woke'' is cause she written like a lot of ''woke'' char. By that I mean that those character are often written to be ''flawless'' you don't want them to have any controversial opinion so they end up just being a ''minority coded'' blank slate with barely any kind of personality.
A good exemple would be like they did to Wuk, Instead of giving her a backstory that explain why she against war, she just push for peace cause ''war is bad'' while she not wrong, it make for un-interesting story telling. Just look at HW, it a whole xpac that show a good reason of why war is bad, and why they go on cause both side refuse to let go the error of the past.

Wake up Snow White, is that how the saying goes?
Journey to all fish: 1383/1729 (348 remaining) [79%]

Okay, cool. But did we really need to know that you're unsubbing?

Sometimes the trash takes itself out.See title.
- Bought FFI for NES as a kid.
- Bought a Playstation in college just to play FF VII.
- Played both FFXI and FFXIV at NA launch.
- Own all FF main series games and most spinoffs up to and including the PS4, CIB, (including original Japanese FC and SFC games).
- Stopped playing new FF games after playing FFXV, when the series turned into DMC/Souls-like fast-twitch-based games.
- Discontinued FFXIV subscription and will not be purchasing the upcoming Dragon Quest remasters or Sieken Densetsu due to EXTREMELY poor wiring in DT, as well as Western wokeness and DEI infesting SE corporation-wide.
~fin~
Not liking Wuk Lumat understandable, but wokeness? In other SE games sure, but in FFXIV not yet anyway.

I doubt the same trends in western games will pop up in XIV. It's a JP game that isn't interested in Western social issues, if that stuff does pop up it's like a 99% chance of being a localisation thing.
They have their own societal issues that are completely removed from western ones, we are more likely to see those pop up in the game then our societal issues.

it might do you good to experience a broader world so you don't come off as weird b/c a game has *checks notes*
ladies in it.
