Probably the most androgynous male characters I've seen yet.

The characters aren't my cup of tea this time around. I did love Secret of Mana but I think I'm just like 30 years older now and outgrew the children that are the cast.

Exhibit B: That is not the face of a male. Val's outfit even appears to be designed with what could easily be interpreted to be a chest binder.

I'll agree with it being not a male face, but isn't his outfit just a redesign of Hero's outfit from SD1/Legend of Mana? Same hair and all too.

Not to mention Teardrop Crystal also having the similar outfit minus the turban/chestwrap.
