" Basic Fee and Character Fee will be consolidated" Meaning Both will be fused together into one Then they give a price for the consolidated Plans. There's a 2 dollar difference between the 1 Character per server and the 8 Characters per server... as far as I'm concerned if you have to pay a "hidden fee" for Characters when they said it will be Consolidated, when they gave us the pricing for the consolidation tier.. then that would make Yoshi-P bad...

Under the new fee structure, the basic service fee and the character fee will be consolidated. In the case of a 30-day billing cycle, players will be able to choose from the two payment options below,
Entry Plan – $12.99 USD/£7.69/10.99 €: One character per World
Standard Plan – $14.99 USD/£8.99/12.99 €: Eight characters per World

The Above tells me that and it reads like this:

In the case of a 30-day billing cycle, You pay for the Consolidated price of 9.99 (Legacy), 12.99, or 14.99 for both Basic fee and Character fee put together.
