Please do. I'm hoping this site just phrased it in a weird way, but I could be wrong. I was always under the impression that you could only GET it pre-2.0, but you would have it forever. It would be a shame if that wonderful music went to waste post-2.0. I'm not particularly attached to my goobbue (it is way too big!) but the music is amazing.

That source you just quoted means the opportunity to get the mount won't be here in 2.0, not that the mount itself won't be here in 2.0. It's poorly worded, I know, but it doesn't mean the goobbue mount itself is going away, just the opportunity to get it.
