Trans identity has been the subject of many peer-reviewed studies, and the scientific consensus is that sex and gender are different things. It is possible to transition from being a man to a woman, and vice-versa. It is your absolute right to dispute the scientific consensus, of course. And it is our right to treat your opinion the same way we do with flat-earthers.
