Enmity+ is incredibly inefficient as you need +30 to gain just a 1% increase in enmity generated. If you're holding hate well, it's because of other factors.
Each +1 to enmity = roughly a .1% increase. +30 enmity would be a 3% increase in hate generated by any action the pld takes. 30 =/= 1%.
Critical rate is shown at about a 30/1 ratio.

Last I checked full darklight + maddeing potion + jewelry is pretty damn hard to achieve. To be fair, +enmity is good if your DDs are hugging the hate ceiling, but I suspect too many try to use it as a crutch when they should be looking at their hate rotations instead of worrying about miniscule effects from hate gear.
I don't have issues with threat at all, in fights like ifrit its safe to allow your DPS to start right after you spirits within. As long as you're using both vokes on cool down using wardrum on cool down and goring blade combo on cool down, you should never lose aggro. At least I've never lost it to dps during the fight.
