Estate ownership transfer, between characters on same account and world.

This is something i've heard a lot of people ask for lately, is a option to transfer the ownership of an estate to an alt or main char, on the same account and same world. It should be pretty easy right?

What do you all think?

Sadly I think it could be exploited.

You make a mega FC with 40 characters...bid on the prime spot...then make it a private home? To prevent that you'd have to remove mixed wards otherwise people would likely game it to acquire a large personal house.

You're not serious right? I dunno maybe you do not know this, but people already do exactly this, so it really would not make a difference.
