Not a problem to equip jobs one item level tier lower and they are still plenty capable for all content except maybe ultimate.

I mean it doesn't take rocket science to understand that you are not supposed to have ALL jobs at maximum potential, ready to raid ultimate.
If you expect that of yourself or your peers, that is a YOU problem, not a game problem.
I don't really see it as entitlement to wish to engage with the Job system.
