Need 1600 slot glamour dresser...

...ya know, since I wanna stay realistic and wow transmog is a fever dream at best, just gonna say this:

Priority should be expansion of glamourplates over storage space. Storage space can go to hell if I can't even have a single plate unique to each combat job. Without limited jobs we are alreay at 21, with BLU and soon Beastmaster that's 23, add the 8 crafters and 3 gatherers, all with VERY unique glamour options and we are at 34.

Double the available glamourplates first. That will cover all available jobs (DoW, DoM, DoH, DoL) and futureproof it for at least 3 further expansions of jobs (assuming 2 per expansion without stop).

You're never going to get consensus on that. While I wouldn't object to more plates, what I most need is the ability to store everything in one place instead of squirrelling it away in different retainer inventories.

The entire system needs to be rehauled it was outdated when it originally came out when you need about 70+ different individual prisms and this is when WoW had transmog like ffs there is no more excuse stop with the nonsense Please Look Forward to it. At this point I just straight stopped even farming glam I liked why bother there isn't enough space if they don't care to make it so I can even have the item why should I bother farming any of them it is just non-sensical at this point.

It's nothing but a band-aid that stalled the development of what's actually needed. A glamour log.

I think I will never understand why the glamour log doesn't exist.
We have a whole damn fishing log keeping track of over 1000 different species of fish, a crafting log keeping track on whether we finished thousands of different recipes for each crafting class and dozens of smaller logs but a glam log is where they draw the line from a technical perspective for some reasons?...

I'm at a point where I play only 2 jobs, because I simply cannot hold glamour for more than that.

With only 2 jobs I get bored quicker and thus play less.

They really should have adopted WoW's system 3 expansions ago.

We're long overdue for the dresser to just be done away with, WoW's system for transmog is so much better just because there's no limit on the amount you can have in your catalogue.

Why build a new boat when you can just flex tape the shit out of the ruined raft that is the current glamour dresser ? :3

More dresser slots are nice. As a game with heavy glamming aspect, giving players leeway to store their hard-earned glam pieces would greatly encourage them to do many contents for the sake of collection, instead of just going for a selected few as they don't have space.



Even so, dresser slots are still just band-aid fix. You can give people 2,000 slots and it is still not enough after one or two more expansions. A catalogue function that stores glam and allows you to pull it in safe areas would be absolutely blessing, but SE seems keen on band-aids instead the final solutions, like usual.


Outside of dresser slots, there are an even more urgent issue: glam plate slots. The game now has 19 combat jobs + 2 limited jobs (BLU + incoming Beastmaster) + 8 crafters + 3 gatherer, and the current 20 glam plates are simply not enough. The number should be increased to 50 slots to cater all jobs and for the sake of futureproof.
