all of the Radz-at-han VAs were Indian or of Indian descentYou're all weird. Stop taking this out on the voice actress. The producer and director is Yoship and he delegates the english side of the game production to his english sector in CUB3. If you have any issues in regards to the english presentation take it up with them, not with the voice actress.
I could care less what she looks like or sounds like. She did a great job as far as I'm concerned. If anyone's looking for spanish accents then by all means ask square enix to create a spanish version of the game, you could then turn on spanish voices for dawntrail msq.
Radz at han "indian" characters didn't have the stereotypical "indian accent" and in my opinion that didn't take away from their voice acting or anything. You don't really need an accent for good voice acting.
You sure took well to europe's fascist way of thinking; at least americans didn't start 2 world wars over such ideology.
Sena's parents are white and her puerto rican descent is distant, at best.
Descent ALONE, should not be the only factor, but also PROFICIENCY in the native accent and language. Sena has proclaimed herself that she doesn't even speak any Hispanic language.
Though honestly, I agree that I don't think it was "racist" to cast her in the role, I just think she was grossly miscast, an action that should be blamed on the voice director and not herself. In fact, I think no one would be complaining as much if she didn't voice the character with the most speaking lines in the entire expansion.
Imagine if, for example, they had Sena voice Mablu, Shale, or either of the Oblivion twins instead (only using these for an example) I think this thread would just not exist.
It's subjective though. I haven't read any reason why her voice acting wasn't good. Is it the accent or what? If an english cast character doesn't have an european "accent" should they be considered a bad voice actor/actress?Sena's parents are white and her puerto rican descent is distant, at best.

are you serious ? She cant even scream correctly ffs, whether happy or sad or angry, her voice is the same.
Her accent an intonation are forced. She sounds flat in every single scene. There is no difference. She sounds overly fake. When pronouncing every single name, location, and term from Tuliyollal, she very clearly pauses and says it slowly so as not to mispronounce it, which is not a good thing to do when you're supposed to be playing a character who has lived their for years and should be pronouncing all of it naturally.
Her SPEEEEEEEN, LEESEN TOO MEE in the final trial sounds pathetically bad. Literally shouting in lowercase. takes all of the tension and hype away from the moment
Japanese female voice actresses sound like 5 year olds when screaming, what's your point? This is not unique to her, this is also the case for most english voice actors/actresses, including the ones in xiv. Compare japanese and english Tataru voice actresses or even Thancred; the emotional and/or voice impact levels are starkly different. This is an english vs japanese difference, not an actor/actress specific issue.
Out of all the thousand+ Years of European History you pick that example just to Prove your Point Bravo, lets not get started with how Bad American Education is you can have your "Gotcha" Sir or Madam or whatever you identify as.
