Currently, 4-man groups are highly effective. I'm part of several linkshells where we regularly form premade teams with organized job assignments and macros. When other players in the alliance see they're grouped with our Linkshell members, they tend to listen more, follow instructions, and respond to calls because they know they're part of a premade team. I've observed players changing their jobs upon realizing they have a skilled DRK on their team.
