Severe lag spikes since 7.01

Yesterday was fine. Today everything instanced starts to lag out till its unplayable.

Can confirm. Germany, Vodafone, Cable Internet.

Just started having problems around 30 mins ago. Severe and constant lag spikes. Yesterday I was completely fine, unlike my friend who had started to have this problem yesterday and still has today. Vodafone Portugal (EU) here. Playing with an ethernet cable and NEVER had any kind of connection issue. XIV seems to be the only online game with problems for me. Other online games are running fine with no lag.

I happen to not use a firewall, so that isn't it, at least for me and I assume several others.

Um.... the firewall has nothing to do with it...
It is a routing problem.

Same issue here, Vodafone Portugal. Seems to affect me the most during duties.

I'm mostly playing instanced content and starting today it was unplayable, constant freezes lasting 5-15 seconds all the time

Can confirm the lag issue, Vodafone italy here, on Chaos.
In overworld everything is fine, in instances it lags, especially frontlines and raids.
