It could be. We had Thancred and Urianger in Eden and Cid in Omega.
The other raids were with other characters though.
I think it depents on how far the writers for that story got the order to include the new mascot of the devs.

They may want to recreate a crystal tower thing with DT being the new ARR and G'raha Tia being there.
They really, really wanted us to love her and the stories are probably already written.

She is going to once again ask you to be her secretary, it will award the title <Wuk Lamat's Secretary> - You won't get a mount, just a title, and that title will be the only thing you can use to show off a clear. It will also drop a Wuk Lamat minion for added impact.
