    Oof! North American indigenous peoples are more than just «Native American» (an outdated term btw) nomadic tribes. Several groups were sedentary and North America is not just the USA. Btw the «Aztec stuff» was in North America, not South America. As for European presence in North America, the Vikings made their way there centuries before Columbus and the others that came after.

    There were many cultures and civilizations is what is known today as the American continent.

    the common idea of the NAtive US groups are either those in the NE (like the irriqois confederation) or groups that would be known as "plains indian", neither of these groups are in dawntrail very much as inspirations, most of dawn trail take insperation from the incan empire (and surronding groups in chile and peru), midland mexico of aztec and mayan, and some associations of Arizonan/new mxico groups, such as notable inspirations of the cliffside rock dwellings used by ancestors of the Sinagua/ Hopi
