lvl 99 artifact/job gear for elezen has no ear holes. wtf why?

I normally hate the earsocks on soft materials (so the Viper armor wouldn't bother me) but not having them on the DRG armor was a bit of a surprise. If you really want to get sad, though, watch your neck as your character shifts his standing stance and admire how it clips through the armor, showing the skin underneath instead.

oh what the hell.. :/ wtf is going on with this game. i loved this game for years.

I was really surprised myself, I don't think I've ever had a clipping issue like that before!

It's a known issue with long-eared races (and tails!). They design the outfits for hyur and then may adapt them to the other races. I started a thread some time ago asking them to fix this problem. Feel free to support it as well if you want.

While some of the new gear did get a couple of adaptations (e. g. level 97 caps from the dungeon), many others either didn't or were adapted poorly (level 97 Fending/Maiming headpieces).

just got to the last zone too. no spoilers but the lazyness on display there has shattered my hope for this game. im actually dumbfounded and extremely dissapointed.

God I'd kill to be able to wear hats even if they hide my ears.
