Bro, the 10/10 are just as pointless as the 0/10 reviews. Those are either written by fans that gobble everything up however bad it may be and will even ask for more, or haters who will rate it as bad as possible, no matter how good it is. Those scores are pointless.

I agree, using Metacritic at all as any honest metric is pointless

Typically in reviews the reviewer is expected to play through the game in order to give a review. If I skipped all the cut scenes but only reviewed the end game content that wouldn't be a fair review either. I'm not saying they have to go out and clear an ultimate to judge the expansion, but at least expecting people to see the normal raids is fair. Even the most casual player will likely be doing the first normal raids.

Oh yeah, I don't count normal raids or ex dungeons as "high end content". I thought you meant stuff like savage raids.

And yes, Metacritic is useless because people are stupid and will just gave the game a 0 or a 10 in an endless tug of war with each other, regardless of how good the game actually is. Steam reviews are at least a little more accurate because reviewers tend to try to justify their views instead of getting tripped up on the numbers.

Story plot is weak and really annoying to see Wuk as a weak leadership and absolutely 0 vengence. Krile's part on the last city is also poorly scripted. Like a high school reunion...

You can do the same with the 10 scores, and I can find plenty of 0 reviews that are well written, as I've said before, these average out.

Krile's part on the last city is also poorly scripted. Like a high school reunion...

I also completely failed to make any sort of emotional connection to Krile's reunion.

They had a chance to really reel us in with some good heartfelt dialogue between her and her parents, and instead we have them awkwardly sitting in silence. You have nothing to say Krile? Nothing to ask? Nope. Instead we have Graha pull up and scarf down ice cream to make them giggle like a bunch of children before the screen FADES TO BLACK. What the hell? Were none of the writers confident enough to even try writing actual dialogue between them?

"Go learn about the history of our people in that museum. We'll just follow at a distance so you don't have to make conversation with us. I'm sure there's no additional information we could add anyway."
"Oh cool, thanks. See ya, mom and dad."

"Oh by the way, your name is Maya."
"Oh cool, thanks. I'm gonna go erase you from existence now, bye."

In any case, all of the blind fans can relax, metacritic is known to remove negative reviews at the request of the devs, the score will go up to 8-9 in a month or two, all of the 0 will be removed regardless of content and the 10's will stay up.

Steam reviews will keep it at 60%ish.
