If you're Legacy member, you get 8 per World. Meaning, more than 8 (maximum 40).

Entry sub is 1 per World, up to 8.

Dont think so, it says:

3. Legacy members can request that their name be displayed in the credits for version 2.0. One name per service account can be listed in the credits.

So Im guessing if you have 3 characters on your account, you can only choose 1 of them.

I would like clarification on names as well, I'm planning on changing my surname come 2.0 and I would love to have either my rl name or my 2.0 name so people know who it is.

You can't change your characters name in 2.0, I thought Yoshi only said your race/gender was able to be changed because the new graphics engine will make them look different.
