This thread also just shows that it isn't just some cross-cultural divide on this particular issue where NA/EU hatewagon the story while JP loved it, unlike some other issues where JP and NA/EU actually have some level of disagreement (like healer job design). I found it surprising just how closely aligned a lot of our criticisms are.

I think the only difference is no one in JP is criticizing the VA, as the JP VA is very experienced and did a good job conveying the character and her emotions. It might be also why Wuk is less hated by JP
