No Dawntrail Expansion on Mogry Station

The code which gave you the earring and minion also grants you access to the Early Access.
And after I looked through the Lodestone news what I could find was that the grace period to enter the full game code ends on Juli 5th.
So you will have up to then to enter the Full game code without having to get interrupted from entering the game.

As has been said in the Lodestone notice and elsewhere, those who purchased the PC version at the SE Store are not being sent their codes all at once. They're being sent sequentially. I don't know if they mean in the order that the pre-order was placed, by last name or what.

A friend got their code in their email about 6 hours ago. Mine showed up 45 minutes ago. They're definitely getting distributed as described.

Also as others have pointed out, the code cannot be entered into the Mogstation until the game's official release (July 2nd). Getting it now and trying to enter it will only result in an error message as stated in the Lodestone notice.

As long as you have registered your pre-order code already, you'll be able to play Dawntrail when the servers come online.

I still haven't received the code for the game.
Early access worked. I have finished the Story yesterday.
But I paid 50 ( 49.99 exactly) euros for the expansion and early access ends tomorrow. Right?
So I might not get the Ark mount.
Honestly? This feels a bit like fraud. And that's coming from a Company like Square Enix.
Hey Square Enix. What are you going to do now? Taking the Money and doing nothing or will you deliver the Goods you have been paid for?

I sadly can't say where the issue lies.
But don't worry about the Ark mount.
As long as you buy the Collector version you'll get it as it's not a timed offer, it's part of the Collector editions price tag.

Go check your Square Enix store account order tab, there you should now find your Dawntrail code and make sure you log-in with the same account when you bought the Dawntrail expansion.

If you can't find your Dawntrail code from your Square Enix store account order page then you should check your email when you should have received a email with title something like "Here’s your registration code for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail" from Square-enix and that email should contain your Dawntrail code too.

Trust me. I have checked everything. The Sore. Every Email Folder. There is nothing.
