Perhaps Urianger pops more often then suspected since people were assuming Gridi they just kept waiting for the NPC to spawn there. Now that we have data on the LL/Gridi it's safe to assume that he'll spawn in ulda to and once all 3 spots are discovered we may find him spawning more often then was once hypothesized. Also thanks for the info regarding the LL position.

I doubt it, even though he moves I dont think the timer is less then expected because that Miqote spawns and spams /say. Someone would have noticed.

I walked into adv guild in limsa today and she said something about the archon at least twice in 5 min.

That is possible though uri's 3rd encounter should be easier to notice if it does happen in ulda. Another nice thing is it appears this is just one achievement since it's not separate for each region so at least we only need to do this once.
