Here's why I will not support this healer strike.

Conveniently ignores the 10,000 pages of “good faith” feedback offered in the healer subforum for the last 6 years that we have believed in good faith would be considered by the devs

*Assumes that the devs have not considered the feedback offered in the healer subforum, and ignores the very real possibility that it was considered, but determined to be detrimental to the game as a whole to implement based on the much larger amount of feedback the dev team has compared to us* There, I think I got that right. "They didn't do what I want, therefore they must have never even thought about me" is a shortsighted take.

Me: "This cake is horrible! It's way undercooked in the middle and the frosting's all grainy."

Other People: "This cake is delicious! It's not undercooked at all, but rather the way I like it, and the frosting is smooth and tasty."

Me: "You must have bad taste buds. Wait, why is that baker ignoring me?"

I can understand for not support a strike, but then again, what's the alternative to get CS3 to acknowledge the job and content design issue that FFXIV is currently facing?

Continue to be complacent and willingness to settle for mediocrity is definitely not helping as well.

Yet another example of mistaking personal opinion for objective fact. You are assuming there is a design issue, and just belittling and insulting anyone who has a different opinion than you. What you consider "mediocrity" could be "very well-designed" for someone else, and the design you want is what others could just as easily consider mediocre.

(Note: When a bunch of people complain about something, but offer wildly different and completely contradictory reasons for their complaints, sometimes the only "issue" that's left is the simple reality that no matter what you do, you'll never be able to please everybody when working with a group as large as our playerbase. In such a scenario, there really is no feasible "issue" to fix.)
