Same. And it is getting worse over time.

This expansion is totally confusing. What are the beast tribes even going to be? The whole msq is a beast tribe quest.

It's crazy how people can't handle not being the god slaying super hero MAIN main character.

I actually really like being a wisened party member. It suits our WoL well at this point. I like Wuk Lamat, too.

The story and pacing is god awful, though. Atrocious. There's like 40 hours of filler that could be cut.

In a story driven MMO, a story with bad writing and nothing happening for over 5 hours at a time is a travesty. Especially coming off Endwalker.

Right, coming from 1.x and ARR which I had very little problem with and played them without skipping storylines pre-ARR story nerf and was happy with that. I was happy with Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringers, and many parts of Endwalker, but I'm just never happy. Weird how all the incredible writing and pacing of previous expansions set my standards so high. Shoot. I'm just the worst. Never happy, unless it was every other expansion.

Knew people would bitch? Huh? It's not my fault the devs couldn't develop an interesting villain or hell, even Wuk Lamat's motive is so basic and uninteresting. The bland characters totally clash with the excellent maps and art design. The only thing pushing the story forward is humor and very vague mystery.

On top of that we just aren't doing anything fun. This area is desperately crying out for mini games or something. It just feels very under developed. How many people are even developing this game anymore? Dawntrails msq feels like they just gave up. It's more than just bad.

Erenville is also totally being wasted imo. There was a moment where I felt like I was going to learn something about him then the game was like "lol no just enjoy this sick lighting".

The pacing is also total garbage. Good thing I have Fates bc there's nothing to do for literal hours.
