
U did agree to that tos he states maintenance is included in your service fees u not getting those days backI don't know what game company can charge a game fee then an expansion fee then even a subscription fee but go into maintenance for so long and have so much DDOS that you can't even play!
That is $0.9 taken out of my subscription that I can't even play. Because there are 20 million players, that is $18 million that you are charging everyone because of the subscription fee even though you can't even login to the server. This is borderline unethical.
Why not extend the subscription by 2 days? Since the server is paused our subscription should also pause and resume once the server is live again.
Please pay me back my $0.9 ASAP or extend my subscription by 2 days.

Thank you for the advice.If you're not happy about it, make a ticket to support and see if they will do anything for you, as opposed to posting on a player forum.
If they refuse, you can always cancel your sub and stop playing if it affronts you so much. Alternatively, you can seek remediation or remuneration through other means. I'd suggest speaking to legal counsel or a consumer advice organisation in this aspect.
Seems the most obvious solutions.
I'd also advise carefully reading any contracts or terms that you sign/accept so that you understand the conditions of the agreement going forward.
But no one reads the Terms of Service, let's be real. They shouldn't put shady things in there.

How in the blazes is it shady? It is the exact same verbiage and statements that every other Monthly Subscription MMO out there uses in regards to Maintenance times. This is literally the industry standard and always has been.
this must be your first expansion release. Boy are you in for a treat when the maintenance ends. Then you'll be lucky to log in at all.![]()
