Why is there no refund for the 48 hours maintenance?

I don't know what game company can charge a game fee then an expansion fee then even a subscription fee but go into maintenance for so long and have so much DDOS that you can't even play!

That is $0.9 taken out of my subscription that I can't even play. Because there are 20 million players, that is $18 million that you are charging everyone because of the subscription fee even though you can't even login to the server. This is borderline unethical.

Why not extend the subscription by 2 days? Since the server is paused our subscription should also pause and resume once the server is live again.

Please pay me back my $0.9 ASAP or extend my subscription by 2 days.

There is not a single response to my request for refund from the devs. I looked at other threads and none of them have dev responses either.

I really don't want to ask my credit card bank for a chargeback but I think at this point I will need to if I'm going to get my $0.9 back.

They should. I don't know why people are all defending the game. It benefits us if we get a refund or an extension.

If my personal trainer needs a "maintenance" and isn't available he will reschedule or just not charge me. But why is it OK for the game to charge us when we can't even play? Makes no sense.

You can totally do a chargeback!
Just do note you will be committing suicide when it comes to your account. Chargebacks are massive red flags for most online businesses, and your account will be terminated.

Should get 2 days game play added. Because of Visa cards not going though I have to use 30-day game cards. That means now I only get to use 28 days of it.

Every game has a maintenance period. This is nothing new. Play a different game in the mean time

If you're not happy about it, make a ticket to support and see if they will do anything for you, as opposed to posting on a player forum.
If they refuse, you can always cancel your sub and stop playing if it affronts you so much. Alternatively, you can seek remediation or remuneration through other means. I'd suggest speaking to legal counsel or a consumer advice organisation in this aspect.

I'd also advise carefully reading any contracts or terms that you sign/accept so that you understand the conditions of the agreement going forward.
