What are the first things you plan to do in Dawntrail?

I am always curious about what everyone's new expansion must-dos are for when they first jump in.

For me, the first thing will be fantasia to Female Hrothgar (my fantasia will be popped pre-maintenance because I am not doing a queue twice).

Then it really will be the following in no particular order.

1. Glam check for all jobs.
2. Unlock Viper and Pictomancer.
3. CHECK OUT ALL OF THE ZONES FOR GRAPHIC GLOW-UP
4. Do my crafting and gathering provision turn-ins for some XP boosts.
5. Get to new zone and start MSQ.

I am a bit weird but I do love to start getting my gatherers leveled as fast as possible to new level cap. I always find to that you can level more than one job fully to max level in a new expansion, so I will get my DNC main to 100 along with Viper along the way.

I am so excited! So close!

Joke aside, simply going to block all conversations from my friends on discord during the msq until the end to completely immerge myself in the story, except for dungeons and trials of course, or maybe doing it via trust this time

Avoiding the doom spoilers is going to be the hardest part I think. I like checking the forum fairly often when as I'm playing and taking a quick break from dungeons/grinding, so I'll have to try to remember to avoid that.

I have checked the forums every expansion. It gets quiet. Don't need to worry about the general forum most likely, but avoid the Bug and Localization forum because it will contain MSQ-related bugs.

Level my jobs, the new MSQ and just enjoy the game in general

I keep changing my mind on what to do. I think start with unlocking new jobs and getting them to 81 to be able to spam dungeons. Try the new dye system out. Admire my new and improved bunny, save her and then fantasia to fem hroth. Do a touch of MSQ to reach the new zone and first dungeon. Go back to leveling picto or viper. After catching them up probably continue the MSQ at that point. Try and shove in some crafting here and there so I can help make my statics gear when the savage rolls around!

Level PCT ASAP through the Endwalker levels so I can move on with the MSQ. I won't rush it (e.g. skip text and scenes), but the sooner I go through it, the faster I can be safe from social media spoilers.
