You want to complain about how healers work? Then instead go and complain about in game difficulty of most content that even monkey can clear. Instead of complaining about healers you should ask for more raidwides, harder raidwides, more status effects that need to be dispeled, boss having more mechanics targeting players other thank tank etc. Healers are fine as they are, its just that 90% of content in game is the real problem.

Apparently there is one status effect that needs /comfort. It's the effect "Misery" in the Great Gubal Library.
