You don't get reported on a daily bases, aswell as a 20 day ban for nothing. Be honest with yourself here. I do recommend leaving cactuar yes if you can't start again. But I think the issue here is entirely internal

If enough people report even something that isn’t offensive SE doesn’t care about the context or what is said or isn’t said
