Let's say they would allow you to Use Voidsent Blood, Dragon's Blood etc. What would happen? Should it apply a debuff? Healing? Provide a buff? Do nothing? Blood might heal a vampire but it would make normal people sick so, how would SE differentiate which WoL identifies as a mythological creature and which doesn't?

You're better off just making up your own backstory for your WoL and RP'ing it. That's what the /em command is for.
wol is just a title that is irrelevent now the bitch is dead at last in ew, beside we were called wod as well so it fine, and it should be a food buff... so we can drop the wol bullshit and just be adventures doing a job which means more dark and vampiric stuff
