Complete where? All healeres and tanks are still incredibly basic, almost more than they were in ARR. They've been doing nothing but add finishers to Red Mage. There is so much more they could do, they're just too lazy to think of anything else but "press this button after this 120sec button".

Maybe complete as in "it can't get any worse than that" ?
.....you know what, i retract what i just said, i just feel they could even do worse and that scares me.
I don't know how and why, but just thinking about it fills me with dread.

Healers just pulse damage at defined intervals
