As far as we know, only certain actions.

For example, the old way DRG Jump replaced itself with Mirage Dive or RPR's Enshroud replacing some GCDs.

I do wish they'd merge the 1 2 3 combo, thought. Pressing 1 then 2 then 3 isn't skillful.

Keeping one plate spinning isn't very hard. It's about the cumulative difficulty of a lot of pretty simple things.
