That's really no different. Whether it is one person leading or leading by committee, it's still having some form of leadership, trying to drive the company to stick together and attack as a group. Except leadership by committee doesn't work when you get conflicting goals shouted out.
Compare to the people who show up to pvp and don't want to learn, don't want to improve and have no interest in actually pvping. It's a complete drain, landing in those teams. So, yes, give me Olivia's approach any day.
