Made me lol, but realistically submarine farmers have hundreds of houses to choose from on any EU server. The biggest benefits of Shadow housing are going to be the free-for-all mansions and best quality mediums, plus the ability to buy up a single ward and decorate it with a theme in mind.

There's still so many mediums and smalls and the occasional large that pops up but because the housing snobs don't want them, they stay empty. Those same housing snobs will complain of housing scarcity because the houses that are available, the snobs are too good for.

There's a number of houses in ward 30 in The Goblet that are open. Come and see for yourselves. No? Ok, they stay empty.

Let's be real, only sub farmers with a billion alt accounts benefit. Real players will have to DC travel to Light to actually play the game, effectively locking them out of housing. Adding a new DC without having implemented regionwide DF/PF would be huge mistake that the game and playerbase would suffer from for years to come. I hope SE will see reason and address the issues before it is too late.

PvP players too, those who play ranked. Only having 3 servers compete for it, means way less competition.
When Diadem had crafting rankings, some people traveled to the less populated ones, for easy rank 1-12 titles.
So everything that is limited, will be good. Though Hunting is gonna get robbed again by the big train lol
