    I don't really get it, if the reason is to ease congestion then what was the purpose of letting us DC travel to OCE, I don't think I need to tell you about how dead Chaos is already.
    I'm just really confused about the purpose.

    Its about easing inevitable super high expansion release congestion a lot more then it is about current over
