The difference is, NA player have place in NA to play on their own server, it's not a problem for them if NA doesn't have reason to play in JP and can't speak their language. SEA region doesn't have and the only destination is JP, we "have to" play in JP.

What you don't seem to understand, and wasn't able to penetrate the tinfoil you've wrapped your head in, is that North American and European players can readily make characters on Japanese data centers and play there should they wish. Obviously, the payment processor move has nothing to do with keeping foreign players off the Japanese data center. If, in conjunction with the change to their payment processor, they locked people to their home data centers you might have a leg to stand on.

Either find a way to pay with a method of payment accepted by the store or resign yourself to having to buy gamecards.

Tinfoil or not, the fact is NA/EU able to play in JP is not a problem for them because there is no reason to unless you have a friend. NA/EU never caused problems in JP DC unlike SEA.
You can play in JP right now, but do you need to? No you don't, so does 99.9% of NA/EU population. Just because you can, doesn't mean you need to.
